The list below is a record of professional development opportunities related to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion previously offered to CTLT staff.
For each learning opportunity, we have indicated the ‘level’ of the complexity of this opportunity. This very broad classification is meant to help people identify which opportunities are best suited for their learning needs and their level of current understanding.
Different levels:
-
- 101 level — builds curiosity or interest in a topic by providing an introduction about a topic as well as some foundational information or terminology
- 201 level — offers a deeper look at a specific topic and/or explicitly applies EDI topics to work
- 301 level — adds a layer of complexity to conversations about EDI by considering critiques, using more advanced terminology and/or discussing strategies for systemic implementation
